We use the Smart system for our Aluminium products and it is designed to meet the Building Regulations of today.

By using the latest thermal break technology, Smart system products are exceedingly energy efficient and compliant with the latest Building Regulations. Polyamide thermal breaks are specially designed to be highly efficient insulating material. The Polyamide is inserted between the inner and outer skins of aluminium creating a thermal barrier, keeping the warmth in whilst still maintaining the excellent strength and durability properties of the aluminium. Because the Polyamide is very strong and because it can be extruded, this enables very large thermal breaks to be created exactly to our specifications. By combining the benefits of these two materials, polyamide and aluminium, this enables Smart to create some of the most advanced energy efficient windows.
